Application Instructions:
Applications must be received by noon on May 10th.
Late applications will not be accepted. You may deliver the application to the church office in person or by email: spencer@spencerbaptist.com
A typed essay must be submitted with the application. Applications will not be accepted without the essay.
Application must be filled out completely.
